CalSHRM is focused on the success of our California Chapters.  To this goal, we have developed resources for Chapter leaders under our Chapter Leader Enhanced Administrative Resources (CLEAR) initiative.  CalSHRM also wants to be an information sharing platform where Chapter leaders can share their best practices with our chapters in the state. 

CalSHRM has developed the Chapter Shared Resources on-line form for this purpose.  We ask chapter leaders to take the time to enter their best practices.  We will review and display this data on the CalSHRM website for information sharing across the state.
